Welcome to EYFS at Haxey Church of England Primary School. We are passionate about creating a friendly and warm environment in which children love school, develop great friendships and are inspired to be life-long learners.
Our main teaching approach is learning through purposeful play and is led by the interests of the children. We also use some adult led activities to teach new skills and processes when appropriate. We consider the individual needs of each child and encourage each child to be the best they can be. We aim to give all children a secure foundation in learning and for children to become confident, independent learners who are willing to take risks and embrace challenge.
Foundation Stage 2 is led by Mrs S Kelly, Miss G Harrison and Mrs C Thorpe.
